  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 100g caramel sauce
  • 200g mixed dried fruits (e.g., figs, apricots, raisins)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the tart shell by thawing if frozen, and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Spread the mascarpone mixture into the prepared tart shell.
  5. Add half of the caramel sauce, swirling it through the mascarpone.
  6. Top the tart with mixed dried fruits evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is just set and edges are golden.
  8. Cool for 15 minutes then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Serve with a drizzle of remaining caramel and enjoy!
