Delightful no-bake cookies combining white chocolate, peanut butter, crispy rice cereal, and M&M’s for a sweet treat.

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing a clean counter, grabbing a mixing bowl, and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until well-combined with the melted chocolate.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows, folding gently to coat.
  5. Stir in the M&M’s, distributing them evenly without crushing.
  6. Shape the mixture into cookie-sized dollops on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour until set.
  8. Serve and enjoy, storing leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.

Notes

For a festive twist, consider adding colored marshmallows or swapping M&M’s with seasonal candy.
