This blueberry goat cheese dip is the ultimate blend of tangy, creamy, and sweet—perfect for holiday spreads, brunch boards, or an easy appetizer that feels fancy without the fuss. With just a few ingredients, you’ll create a smooth, flavorful dip that pairs beautifully with crackers, crostini, or fruit.
8 oz goat cheese, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional garnish)
Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional topping)
In a small saucepan, add blueberries, honey (or maple), balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
Heat over medium until berries start to burst and mixture thickens slightly (5–7 minutes). Let cool.
In a bowl, whip goat cheese (and cream cheese if using) until smooth and fluffy.
Spread cheese mixture on a plate or in a shallow bowl.
Spoon cooled blueberry mixture on top.
Garnish with herbs and nuts if desired. Serve with crackers or warm bread.
