Ingredients

  • Baguette or Italian bread
  • Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bread diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
