Bruschetta

A classic Italian appetizer featuring crispy bread topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze.

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and dicing the tomatoes.
  2. Mix the tomato topping in a bowl with diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and chopped basil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bruschetta by placing the tomato mixture on the toasted bread.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
  6. Serve immediately for the best experience.

Notes

Bruschetta is best enjoyed fresh. Prepare the tomato mixture just before serving to avoid soggy bread.
