Magical Bruschetta Dip

A delightful and easy Bruschetta Dip combining creamy cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with Herbs (or other soft cheese spread)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash the tomatoes and basil, chop the tomatoes, and chiffonade the basil.
  2. Mix the cheese and tomatoes in a bowl, gently folding until combined.
  3. Add the balsamic glaze and mix through carefully.
  4. Serve the dip in a decorative bowl, optionally topping with more basil or pepper.
  5. Choose your dippers and arrange them around the bowl for serving.

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. For variations, consider adding olives, spices, or different types of cheese.
