Leftover Hamburger Casserole

Transform your leftover hamburgers into a cozy and delicious casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers
  • Pasta (e.g., Macaroni or Egg Noodles)
  • Cheese (e.g., Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Milk
  • Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Frozen Vegetables (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook your pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Crumble the leftover hamburgers into the skillet and mix with the onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, hamburger-onion mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a big bowl. Add frozen veggies if using and mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
