6 large eggs
½ cup shredded cheddar (or your favorite cheese)
½ cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)
¼ cup milk (optional for fluffier texture)
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray or silicone muffin cups
Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
