Cheesy Garlic Bread

Indulge in this easy and delicious cheesy garlic bread, featuring soft Hawaiian rolls slathered with a buttery garlic spread and topped with gooey mozzarella and sharp Parmesan.

  • 8 Soft Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ¾ cup Butter (unsalted, softened)
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ¾ cup of softened butter, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, ½ cup of shredded mozzarella, ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and lay them cut-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheeses are bubbly and the edges are golden.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley once out of the oven.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
