Cinnamon Vanilla Coffee Smoothie

A delightful blend of coffee, banana, and warm spices for a refreshing morning smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Prep the banana by peeling and breaking it into chunks.
  3. Combine the cooled coffee, banana, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener in a blender.
  4. Blend the mixture on high until completely smooth.
  5. Add ice and blend again until frosty smooth.
  6. Taste-test your smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a drizzle of chocolate syrup or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
