  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your equipment: mixing bowl, whisk, and measuring spoons.
  2. Combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in your mixing bowl, stirring until well combined.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar to the mixture, whisking well.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic, ensuring it’s fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully blended.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper, adjusting as needed.
  7. If too thick, add a splash of water to reach your desired consistency.
  8. Chill the dressing in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld the flavors.

Notes

This dressing can be made ahead of time and stored for about a week. For a vegan version, substitute mayonnaise with plant-based mayo and nutritional yeast for Parmesan.
