Coffee Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and energizing smoothie combining the comforting flavors of coffee and banana.

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your gear: Grab a blender, measuring cups, and all your ingredients.
  2. Prep the banana: Peel and chop the ripe banana into chunks.
  3. Cool your coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Blend it up: Add the banana chunks, cooled coffee, milk, honey, and cacao powder into the blender.
  5. Puree until smooth: Blend on high for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust: Check the flavor and add more honey or syrup as desired.
  7. Add ice (optional): If desired, add ice cubes and blend until crushed.
  8. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and flavors based on your preference. For extra richness, try adding nut butter or protein powder.
