  • 1/2 medium red apple, cored and diced
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced and frozen overnight (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon fall spices of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Core and chop the red apple into small pieces. Use a frozen ripe banana.
  2. Add to the blender: Toss the chopped apple, frozen banana, and Greek yogurt into your blender.
  3. Blend it up: Pour in the almond milk and add the peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spice it up: Add your chosen fall spices and vanilla extract, blend again briefly.
  5. Check the consistency: Add more almond milk if too thick, and blend again.
