  • 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 8 green onions (diced)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather and measure out all your ingredients.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream: Blend in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add in cheddar cheese: Stir until well incorporated.
  4. Incorporate the corn and Rotel: Gently fold in until mixed.
  5. Season it up: Add black pepper, garlic powder, and salt, mixing well.
  6. Finish with green onions and cilantro: Fold in gently.
  7. Chill and let it settle: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
