  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix the Creamy Base: Combine Greek yogurt, ranch dressing, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Combine It All: Add pasta, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to the mixing bowl, and fold until well combined.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
