Creamy High-Protein Pool Dip

A creamy, dreamy dip that’s perfect for summer gatherings, packed with protein and flavor!

  • 12 oz. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz. cottage cheese (blended)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz. Rotel (mild)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prep the Base: Begin by grabbing a large mixing bowl. In it, combine the Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese. Use a hand mixer or whisk to combine them thoroughly until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Add the Cheese: Next, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Give everything a good mix, ensuring the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  3. Mix in Rotel and Seasonings: Add the Rotel, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning. Stir carefully to keep the diced tomatoes intact while ensuring every bite is packed with flavor.
  4. Chill Out: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve and Dive In: When it’s time to reveal your masterpiece, pull the dip from the fridge, give it a good stir, and transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish as desired and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamy texture, blend longer. Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
