10 oz. Rotel (mild)
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Instructions
Prep the Base: Begin by grabbing a large mixing bowl. In it, combine the Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese. Use a hand mixer or whisk to combine them thoroughly until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
Add the Cheese: Next, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Give everything a good mix, ensuring the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Mix in Rotel and Seasonings: Add the Rotel, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning. Stir carefully to keep the diced tomatoes intact while ensuring every bite is packed with flavor.
