  • Chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and measuring them out.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and pumpkin puree until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
  4. Chop the bell peppers into small pieces.
  5. Combine the chopped peppers with the creamy mixture and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
