  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baguette: Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices on a diagonal.
  3. Toast the baguette: Drizzle each slice lightly with olive oil and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Chop the tomatoes: Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add flavor: Mince garlic and add it to the bowl, along with basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
