  • ½ cup softened butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  5. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dollops of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
