  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 23 tbsp milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by combining warmed milk and granulated sugar, then sprinkle the yeast over it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Make the dough by mixing flour and salt in a bowl and then adding the activated yeast mixture, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  5. Make the filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (about 16×12 inches).
  7. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log.
  9. Slice the log into 12-15 rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
