Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Delightful homemade fresh fruit popsicles that are easy to make and bursting with vibrant flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh fruit (like strawberries, mangoes, or blueberries)
  • 1 cup coconut water or juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit by washing and chopping it as needed.
  2. Blend your fruit with the coconut water (or juice) and honey/agave until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and remove air bubbles by tapping the molds gently.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. Unmold the popsicles by running warm water over the outside of the molds before pulling them out.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing popsicles on a hot day!
