Green Goddess Feta Dip

A delightfully creamy and herbaceous dip made with feta cheese, ripe avocado, and vibrant fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, basil, chives)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread, veggies, or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering all and preparing them.
  2. Blend the crumbled feta cheese, ripe avocado, and fresh herbs in a food processor until slightly chunky.
  3. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, then pulse again until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, blending to taste.
  5. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Serve the dip in a bowl, garnished with olive oil and herbs, alongside bread, veggies, or crackers.

Notes

This dip can also be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge for a couple of days.
