1 spinach tortilla or wrap
1 grilled chicken breast, chopped
½ cup shredded romaine or green leaf lettuce
¼ cup diced cucumber
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
1–2 tsp balsamic glaze
Lay the spinach tortilla flat on a plate or board.
Pile the lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes evenly in the center.
Add chopped grilled chicken on top.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Fold the sides in and roll into a wrap.
