Halloween Boo-ffalo Chicken Dip

A deliciously creamy, zesty dip perfect for Halloween gatherings, blending buffalo sauce with tender chicken and cheese.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Celery sticks and tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and incorporate well.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9×9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top before serving.

Notes

This dip is best enjoyed warm. You can prepare it a day in advance and bake when ready to serve.
