Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients and chop your bell peppers into fun shapes for decoration.
  2. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil or a pat of butter over medium heat.
  3. Assemble the Quesadillas: Take a flour tortilla, sprinkle cheese on one half, add chicken or beans, and top with bell pepper cut-outs.
  4. Cooking Magic: Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip and Finish: Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 3-5 minutes on the other side.
