Halloween Mummy Hotdogs

A spooky and fun snack perfect for Halloween, these Mummy Hotdogs are easy to make and delightful to eat, creating cherished memories in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • Hotdogs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • Puff Pastry (or crescent rolls)
  • Mustard (yellow or spicy brown)
  • Shredded Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Olive Slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a floured surface until 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut the pastry into long, thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
  4. Wrap each hotdog with the pastry strips, leaving a gap for the face.
  5. Arrange the wrapped hotdogs on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Add mustard on the exposed parts for eyes, or use olives.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
