  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, dice your tomatoes and onions, chop the basil, and soften your cream cheese.
  2. Mix the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the flavor: Fold in the diced tomatoes, red onion, and chopped basil into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Season it up: Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cheese it up: Gently fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Chill: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
