Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing kale thoroughly and chopping it into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the chopped kale into your blender first.
  3. Layer in the banana and pineapple chunks.
