A creamy, dreamy Keto Smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast and packed with healthy fats and greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop protein powder (low-carb)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on your counter.
  2. Blend the spinach and almond milk until smooth for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the avocado and almond butter, and continue blending for another 30 seconds.
  4. Sprinkle in the protein powder and blend for another 20 seconds.
  5. Throw in the chia seeds and blend for 10-15 seconds.
  6. Add ice and blend on high until smooth.
