1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Optional: chopped green onions, jalapeños, or cilantro
Tortilla chips, for serving
In a bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning. Set aside.
In a 9×9-inch dish or shallow serving platter, layer ingredients in this order:
Refried beans
Guacamole
Seasoned sour cream
Shredded cheese
Diced tomatoes
Sliced olives
Any extra toppings (green onions, jalapeños)
