Mango Magic Tropical Smoothie

A refreshing tropical smoothie made with sweet mangoes, tangy pineapples, and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for any time of the day.

  • 1½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup mango juice
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Measure out your frozen mango and pineapple chunks and freeze fresh fruit if using.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt to the blender with the frozen fruits.
  3. Pour in the mango juice over the fruits and yogurt.
  4. Sweeten it up with maple syrup if desired.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting thickness with more juice or water if needed.
  6. Taste test and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Serve in glasses and enjoy, optionally garnished with fresh mango or mint.
