1 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
1 cup carrots, peeled and diced
1 cup jicama, peeled and diced
2 tbsp Tajín or chili-lime seasoning
4 tbsp chamoy sauce
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 orange
½ cup spicy or coated peanuts
½ cup chile-spiced dried fruit (like mango or pineapple)
