  • 4 Fresh Tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Baguette or Ciabatta, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Basil (optional), chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by rinsing and drying the tomatoes.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into small, uniform pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic and form a paste with salt.
  4. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Toast the bread by baking or sautéing until golden.
  6. Assemble the topping on the toasted bread and serve immediately.
