  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash cherry tomatoes, slice in half, season, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick pieces and toast at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the burrata by letting it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes, then tear into pieces.
  4. Assemble your bruschetta by layering the marinated tomatoes and torn burrata on toasted bread.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil leaves.
