Easy Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls

Delightful caramel apple cinnamon rolls, perfect for brunch or any sweet occasion.

  • 1 can of prepared cinnamon rolls
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by peeling and dicing them into small pieces.
  3. Mix the diced apples, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
  4. Roll out each cinnamon roll on a floured surface to about 5 inches in diameter.
  5. Fill each rolled cinnamon roll with a generous amount of the apple mixture and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Roll the dough back into a tight log and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce after cooling slightly.
  9. Prepare the frosting by mixing powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
