Scale
  • 6 Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 Baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Garlic Infused)
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the tomatoes by dicing them and draining excess liquid in a colander for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the drained tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Toast the baguette slices by brushing with garlic-infused olive oil and arranging them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Assemble the bruschetta by spooning the tomato mixture onto each toasted bread slice.
  6. Finishing touches include drizzling balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta before serving.

Notes
