  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on the counter.
  2. Prepare the banana by peeling and breaking it into chunks.
  3. Combine the banana chunks, frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, and orange juice in your blender.
  4. Add yogurt to the blender.
  5. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  6. Toss in ice cubes if you want a chilled smoothie.
  7. Blend until smooth, adjusting with more orange juice or water if needed.
