A refreshing and creamy Orange Julius Smoothie that captures the nostalgia of summer days.

  • 2 large oranges, peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt (optional)
  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup (240 g) ice cubes
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Peel and segment oranges.
  2. Gather your blender and ensure it’s ready for use.
  3. Load it up: Add orange segments, yogurt, milk, orange juice, ice, honey, and vanilla into the blender.
  4. Blend it up until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, freeze orange segments overnight. Variations include adding frozen mango, berries, or protein powder.
