A refreshing, festive twist on the classic mojito, perfect for holiday gatherings. This non-alcoholic drink combines mint, lime, cranberry juice, and soda for a delightful celebration in a glass.

  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • Club soda (to top)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mint and Lime: Place the fresh mint leaves and lime wedges in a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker. Gently press them together with a muddler to release the flavors.
  2. Sweeten It Up: Add in the granulated sugar and stir to dissolve.
  3. Mix in the Cranberry Juice: Pour in the cranberry juice and stir until well mixed.
  4. Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Top It Off with Bubbles: Slowly pour club soda over the ice until the glass is full.
  6. Garnish: Add fresh cranberries and a sprig of mint on top.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your festive drink!
