  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix the meat in a large bowl with all ingredients.
  3. Form the patties into even disks.
  4. Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the cooking surface until hot.
