  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash your apple and carrot, chop the apple, peel and slice the banana, and grate the carrot.
  2. Add the chopped apple, sliced banana, and grated carrot into your blender along with the almond milk.
  3. Pour in the shredded coconut and scoop in your protein powder.
  4. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste test and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut or chia seeds.

Notes
