Kale Pineapple Smoothie

A vibrant and refreshing smoothie blending the earthiness of kale with the sweet tropical flavors of pineapple, perfect for a quick energy boost.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (optional)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets (optional)
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash your kale and any other leafy greens. Remove the tough stems for a smoother blend.
  2. Chop the kale into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the chopped kale into the blender, followed by the pineapple chunks, banana, and mango if using.
  4. Pour in your choice of coconut water or almond milk.
  5. Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled smoothie.
  6. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired.
  8. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to mix and match ingredients based on your preferences. You can replace kale with spinach for a milder flavor.
