Ingredients

  • Leftover Hamburgers
  • Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crumble the leftover hamburgers into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add diced onions; cook until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add diced tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for a couple more minutes.
  5. Combine the sautéed onions and tomatoes with the crumbled burgers, seasoning, and barbecue sauce.
  6. Layer half of the burger mixture in a greased baking dish, then half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining mixture and cheese.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving warm with fresh herbs.
  9. Crumble your leftover burgers and mix with barbecue sauce to form slider patties.
  10. Shape the patties to fit your slider buns (2-3 inches in diameter).
  11. Cook the sliders in a heated skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  12. Assemble the sliders with lettuce, patty, tomatoes, and onions on the bottom half of the bun.
  13. Secure with the top half of the bun and serve with fries or salad.
