Mango Orange Banana Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy tropical smoothie that combines the delightful flavors of mango, orange, and banana.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit: Slice your banana and measure out your mango. Peel and chop fresh mango into chunks if using.
  2. Juicing the oranges: Cut fresh oranges in half and juice until you have half a cup. Strain for pulp if desired.
  3. Blend it all together: In your blender, add mango chunks, sliced banana, orange juice, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  4. Check the consistency: If too thick, add almond milk or orange juice. If thicker desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Taste and adjust: Taste the smoothie, adding more sweetness or orange juice as needed. Blend briefly after each adjustment.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Pour into a glass or bowl and garnish with orange slice or granola if desired.

Notes

Frozen bananas enhance creaminess. Store ripe bananas in the freezer for future smoothie use.
