  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and dice your tomatoes, then sprinkle with salt and let sit.
  2. Toast the bread: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare the mozzarella: Chop fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Adjust seasonings to taste.
