  • 2 fresh oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by peeling the oranges and breaking them into segments.
  2. Slice the banana into smaller pieces.
  3. Load the segmented oranges, banana slices, and yogurt into your blender.
  4. Pour in the orange juice.
  5. Add ice if desired.
  6. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  7. Taste test and adjust sweetness or add orange juice as needed.
  8. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor. Can be garnished with a slice of orange or mint. Swap in frozen fruits for added creaminess.
