  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the kale thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. Banana Bananza: Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Pineapple Party: Slice the fresh pineapple or measure out frozen chunks.
  4. Combine Ingredients in Blender: Add kale, banana, pineapple, and almond milk to the blender.
  5. Sweeten It Up: Add honey or maple syrup if desired and blend until smooth.
  6. Ice Ice Baby: Add ice cubes if desired and blend again to achieve the desired consistency.
