  • 1½ cups cubed pineapple
  • 3 cups baby kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by washing the baby kale thoroughly and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces if needed. Peel the cucumber and slice into smaller chunks.
  2. Layer it up: In your blender, add the Greek yogurt first, then add the cubed pineapple and cucumber. Finally, add the baby kale on top.
  3. Add the hemp seeds: Sprinkle the hemp seeds into the mixture.
  4. Blend away!: Secure the lid and blend on a low setting, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy.
