Instructions

  1. Start with the greens: Place about two cups of leafy greens into your blender first.

  3. Add the creaminess: Scoop a generous serving of Greek yogurt into the blender.
  4. Pour in the liquid: Pour in about a cup of almond milk or coconut water.
