Creamy Crack Corn Dip

A creamy and cheesy dip that’s perfect for gatherings or a cozy snack, bringing people together with its nostalgic flavors.

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Drain the can of sweet corn and chop the green onions.
  2. Combine the base: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer on low speed until creamy.
  3. Add the flavors: Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning mix and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the corn and cheese: Gently fold the drained sweet corn and shredded cheddar into the mixture.
  5. Season to taste: Adjust with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Finish with green onions: Fold in the chopped green onions for added flavor.
  7. Chill (Optional): Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
